It's finally official! The land has been transferred to J.W. Hotel & Apartments N.V.'s on August 31st 2018!
We started with this process with a bid in February 2015....you can imagine our joy when everything finally got finalized and the deed was ours! Tom van’t Hof, conservationist and government commissioned founder of the Saba Conservation Foundation has written a new guide “Hiking on Saba, A guide to the trails of Saba”.  It is all about an afternoon of talking about art, thinking about art and creating art. You do not have to be a professional (we actually prefer that), just get out of your usual routine and become artsy for two hours.  Let's see what we can do to protect our birds ~ whose lives and habitats have literally been turned upside down by storms. Lets try to help them recover: it’s the least we can do!
As Hurricane Irma raced through our islands, the aftermath serves as a reminder that our Saban community is strong and resilient. 
Our Tropics Cafe is a proud participant of Saba Restaurant Week! The annual culinary celebration features special prix fixe menus starting at $15 for lunch and $30 for dinner at various restaurants across the island.
