We have our first "larger" dive group checked in. They call themselves the Reef Raff, and they are lots and LOTS of fun!
They've been to Saba before, so they know the island very well, but BOY are they LOUD!

​The first time I heard of Covid-19, I literally giggled...it’s just a flu...WHAT IS THE BIG DEAL...over the next few months more news kept rolling in of people dying, even on other islands, this is close! The news reports were devastating...and on Sunday March 15th (I remember the exact date) the island announced that it was closing its boarders, and by Tuesday our hotel was empty...and honestly, I cried, all the unsureness was overwhelming!

​​The Bottom, Saba – Juliana’s Hotel in the Windwardside on Thursday officially opened its new Captains’ Suites. Under the supervision of hotel owners Wim and Johanna Schutten, the once derelict building, formerly part of the Captain’s Quarter Hotel, was turned into four spacious suites.
